"When life feels heavy, this is a safe place to land."
Introduction
Therapy works best when it feels organic, supportive, and collaborative.
Mental health doesn’t happen in a bubble.
It’s shaped by everyday life, relationships, stress, and transitions.
Your emotional well-being isn’t static.
Some weeks feel steady, and others feel overwhelming.
Therapy should be able to meet you where you are.
I aim to be present, responsive, and genuinely engaged with my clients.
My style is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step.
I work to create a space where people feel safe and understood.
My goal is to make the process feel natural from the very first conversation.

Educational Background
I hold a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Prescott College. I began my career in nursing and spent several years working in healthcare, which shaped my whole-person approach to care and my understanding of how physical health, emotional well-being, and life stressors are interconnected. My clinical training includes trauma-informed care, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy–informed approaches, and comprehensive clinical assessment and frameworks. I also have a strong interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, spirituality, healing, and somatic approaches, and I continue to pursue training in these areas to thoughtfully integrate them into my practice.
